Combining peated spirit collected at low strength from our Straight Neck stills with both peated and unpeated distillates from our Swan Neck stills, this expression brings together layers of fruit and rich smoke, showcasing the delicate art of uniting distinct distillate styles. After initial maturation in a variety of American Oak casks, the whisky is finished in first-fill Rioja red wine casks, enhancing its rich fruit character while deepening the soft, smoky complexity."
